Steve Graff owner of Penner Graff has been building homes and remodeling in Atlanta for almost two decades. Steven started his career with 13 years of building experience with one of Atlanta’s leading developers, Hedgewood Properties. Some note worthy projects includes Edmund Park (Morningside), Longleaf (Buckhead) and most recently the award winning mixed use neighborhood Glenwood Park (Grant Park), Urban Land Institute Development of the Year 2006.
Through the use of skilled craftsman, quality materials and unparallel customer service Penner Graff has the knowledge and experience to deliver a great renovation or home building experience.
Penner Graff practices “Green” building techniques in construction of their projects. The environment and community is of the utmost importance in the design and construction of any project.
Steven Graff has served on the City of Atlanta “Permit Improvement Project”, participated in the construction of Habitat for Humanity homes. Steve is also currently involved in the revitalization of in-town neighborhoods through renovating neglected properties.
